Real talk, y'all. This is what my mom looked like the last 2-3 months before she died of cancer. Slack-jawed, slumped forward, unaware of her surroundings. It started when the cancer spread to her brain, which was confirmed by MRI.

Every year, I turn the sugar pie pumpkins I get from my brother's farm into maple pumpkin butter, which then gets used to make these pumpkin butter pancakes. I'm sure there's lots of other delicious things I could do with them, but...pancakes.

Made my first batch of sprouts. Super easy, cheap, and with a delicious reduced chance of salmonella. 10/10 would recommend.
