Call me crazy, but if I were that mother whose kid ODed, I'd want justice, not revenge. I'd want to know, with verifiable proof, that the person being punished was genuinely the person responsible.
Batya might be just fine with a dudetrustme basis for a terrorist designation, but Americans with a functioning moral compass actually expect a plausible public rationale for who is to be treated as a terrorist in our name.

Real talk, y'all. This is what my mom looked like the last 2-3 months before she died of cancer. Slack-jawed, slumped forward, unaware of her surroundings. It started when the cancer spread to her brain, which was confirmed by MRI.

Every year, I turn the sugar pie pumpkins I get from my brother's farm into maple pumpkin butter, which then gets used to make these pumpkin butter pancakes. I'm sure there's lots of other delicious things I could do with them, but...pancakes.

My husband asked if I could start cooking more American food. I opted for Puerto Rican 🇺🇸. This pollo guisado came out fantastic.

News flash: the "medbed" that the wealthy have is called adequate healthcare coverage. Most Americans don't have it, therefore we're more likely to suffer from long-term illness and die prematurely. There's your conspiracy. No hidden alien technology, just unbridled capitalism.
