Dear Dems. This is a reminder that Donald Trump rescinded the ethics rules preventing gifts to executive branch employees.

Now would be a good time to propose legislation formalizing the prevention into a law

Time to do things that make him react to you.

I really appreciate @marisakabas.bsky.social reporting on the trauma and physical and psychological effects of how Musk is harassing workers. This kind of workplace abuse wreaks devastating havoc on peoples' lives www.thehandbasket.co/p/musk-opm-5...

Elon Musk is traumatizing hardworking federal employees, their children and families.

He has no legal authority to make his latest demands.

We will block him in Congress and in the Courts.

Trump officials are trying to sneak around federal judges’ orders.

They could be held in civil contempt of court, which can include jail time and can’t be undone with a presidential pardon, according to @sbagen.bsky.social .

These pro-deportation flyers were scattered around my neighborhood this morning. I live in a very blue part of a blue state (New Haven County, CT). Imagine the fear, anxiety, and stigma that immigrant families are enduring in less safeguarded cities nationwide.

Of course. But being the party standing up for those fired will mean a lot to those fired and their families. It will also show the country that they are trying to bring order to chaos. And if they can get any Republican support at all, that's huge leverage for March 14
If they propose legislation, won't the majority Republicans just reject it? I'm thinking there is nothing Dems are going to get passed, nothing they can fight. I have to give it to Heritage Foundation... they planned all of this out so perfectly, Dems have been completely shut out. I'm disgusted.
