Was horrified to hear this saga on the weekend. A couple called the agent to put in a valid offer. The agent said that he would only forward the offer to the vendor if the couple agreed to list their current hone with him. Surely this breaks a RE Code of Ethics?

So now it’s ok in Victoria Australia to break hard when a car is speeding towards you in your lane. One must save ones own life by giving in to the idiots. Happened to my husband within twice minutes this week. @abcnewsbot.bsky.social @paulmercurio.bsky.social @acurrentaffair.bsky.social

At last the media has cottoned on to this massive tax problem in Victoria Australia that is causing businesses to close & a glut of commercial/investment properties for sale. The tax and poorly managed valuations are bad decision by desperate govt.

Emmaly and David Gridley were shocked to learn their rural property had been mistakenly valued at $2.3 million, leaving them with a heavily inflated land tax bill.

Did you know that Exeter Cathedral has a cat flap that is over 400 years old? A bishop paid for it to be cut for his cat, which was then paid a weekly penny to hunt the mice attracted to the Astronomical Clock's grease.

Who else thinks it is derogatory for traditional media to be called ‘Legacy’ media? It’s still important and certainly valid for a large proportion of our population. Fact checked news occurs here, not necessarily on digital media. Are people able to discern?
