The GOP budget directs a huge amount of resources -- people's time, vehicles, construction, computer & comms systems -- to hurt our economy & build a secret police force that can use its extraordinary powers to inflict harm on any individual, at least for a while.
To point a sharper point on it, we would be better off refraining from deporting a productive member of the community and paying the ICE agents to watch Netflix or smash some windows instead.
