How many housing people are here? I’m part of a lovely group of people with the support of the LGA exploring setting up an Association of Directors of Housing (ADH). To gauge interest we have sent all Councils a letter/link to a survey. Grateful for people give us their views.

World Town Planning Day. I spent a couple of hours talking Local Plan progress, call for sites, new pre-app services and more. You can’t beat a bit of planning chat 🙈 And what does my favourite book tell me about today …..spread the joy planners 😀

I suppose, thinking about it, I should probably do a quick explainer for new followers as to just how mind-bogglingly awful English homelessness law is (different in Scotland and Wales), because few people outside the sector (unless they've been through it) really have a clue... 1/
