Can I be deported with my family back to Ireland. My great great great grandparents came from there and I’m sure they were undocumented in the year 17 whatever. My other side was at the founding of Jamestown so I know they were undocumented to the native people that were here.

If the democrats regain power in congress, then no more negotiations during shutdowns. Close the house and make them vote on a budget in the senate anyone who negotiates with republicans needs to be thrown out of the party. It’s time we fight back like they fight us

I hope every democrat who voted for this has a primary opponent and has to fight to keep their seats after this betrayal. Any dem who doesn’t call for their resignations should have a primary challenger too.

I’ve got a hypothetical question for any constitutional lawyers out there. Can a state or group of states sue the federal government for breach of contract for violating the terms of the constitution and if so could they sue to dissolve the agreement and remove themselves from said federation?
