I've not been able to look at screens for more than 10 mins at a time for a while and 2 things are now obvious:
1. Screen addiction is by far the strongest addiction I've ever had, and everyone around me has it too
2. It's now harder to live offline than it is to live online

I went Out today after a long while not being able to because of various health things going on.
It's amazing how a trip to London is a big deal now when I lived there for a decade.
And fuck me it reminded me why I left. Sensory overload from the minute I stepped off the train.

Sometimes taking photos of flowers feels a bit pointless because you can't capture all the good bits in an image
