They are kidnapping non-white people, regardless of status only to sort them out later, often not even taking them to the federal building but abandoning them beaten miles from where they were. And they are brutalizing witnesses, most of whom are white citizens who only have whistles and phones.

The only things that seems to offer any protection, or at least compel a moment of pause, from these armed paramilitaries is the presence of a large number of white citizen allies whistling and observing and making their job as annoying as possible.

You should try to visit Kezar Stadium (the original home of the 49ers) in Golden Gate Park- not just for name related reasons and it's history, but because it's still the venue for all the SF high school rivalry games (along with various other SFUSD sporting events). A very neat SF spot.
