Okay, so let's say a North Carolina supreme court candidate succeeds in disqualifying thousands of voters who followed all of the rules they were given. How would you even be able to go back and find their ballots to see how they voted?

Most of the votes challenged by Supreme Court candidate Jefferson Griffin weren't flagged when they were cast. So how would you actually match up the ballot with the voter? Aren't votes secret?
