I don't mean to brag, but I had a delightful office lunch today. Cottage pie, dill pickles, a crisp fridge cigarette (aka a Diet Coke).

I have a (very feisty) senior dog, and tonight he is spending his first night at my new place! I've been slowly transitioning him over here and I'm so excited to hear little doggy snores tonight!

First day of Indigenous Legal Orders class, and we're reading a textbook that conceptualizes Wītikō (Wendigo) as the unspeakable harms done to Indigenous children via the colonial state. I love school!

Here is the book, it is by Hadley Friedland!
