Absolutely disgraceful that the Home Office is now trying to send an Afghan woman, who helped western forces, back to the Taliban.

Yvette Cooper should be putting a stop to this immediately.
This is a new low, even for the Telegraph's regular printing of spurious and misleading bs on why people cannot be removed from the UK. Under absolutely no circumstances should Afghan women seeking to remain in the UK be sent back to Afghanistan where they are at risk of serious harm.

We cannot fix our NHS without fixing social care first – they are two sides of the same coin! But while plenty of attention has gone on the NHS, social care has been relatively forgotten.

There’s a serious cost to this inaction!

I’m so excited to have been elected as a delegate to the UK-EU parliamentary assembly.

Now more than ever, it’s vital for the UK to improve its relationship with the EU and for us to work together to find ways to iron out some of the post-Brexit difficulties.

An incredible photo posted today by French President Emmanuel Macron.

“The economic cost of Brexit, reliably estimated at around 5% of GDP and with a total loss to government coffers by 2035 of over £300bn, is unlikely to be offset by attempting to ‘make Brexit work’ – a slogan which rather confirms that it hasn’t”

Brexit – an unwelcome truth
Labour’s continued silence on Brexit might just reveal an unwelcome truth; another reason, perhaps, to use the Brexit telescope?
