5-4 was absurd. This was a clear 9-0.

Worry about the Court.
This week’s 5-4 win for federal funding was less notable for the 5 than for the 4.

This was payment for contracts the government had agreed to where the work contracted for had been properly performed. How was that not 9-0?

Never forget what russia has done to Mariupol. There can be no lasting peace in Europe without justice for this. It's either peace through strength and accountability, or more wars through appeasement and concessions. No third way.

DOJ leadership has put all Public Integrity Section lawyers into a room with 1 hour to decide who will dismiss Adams indictment or else all will be fired. Sending them strength to stand by their oath, which is to support the Constitution, not the president’s political agenda. 🇺🇸

Phoenix yesterday. It was affirming. On the other hand, it was a sparse showing at Kelly/Gallego HQ at noon - it literally made me cry when I saw how few people were there. Please contact your Senator now.

What is the most effective way to protest? Calling our senators and asking them to hold up confirmations, and grilling new Treasury Secretary on WTF is going on with our data and payments? What powers do oversight committees have with GOP ranking members? Let's make a plan, folks.
This has been one of the most shocking parts to me. We spent months interviewing people in federal agencies regarding cross agency data sharing (not even external) and the rigidity of the statutes, rules, and understanding, were incredible. Ensuring privacy was paramount.
The federal government has intense limits on data sharing in order to protect privacy. Sharing IRS tax data to another part of government *requires an act of Congress.*
What constraints are being placed on Musk hoovering up people's personal data?

All of this 👇
The ordinary questions you might ask: Is Elon Musk a government employee? Are his lieutenants? Does he personally hold a security clearance and do his “lieutenants”? Have they all undergone a background check? Are they subject to foreign influence? Have they ever done a sieg heil on stage?
As long as this Elon Musk person isn’t known for blowing things up, we’re probably fine.
