When we decided to open up a magazine shop in the hi desert we never thought it would make people so bewildered. We literally get people walking in a bit nervous, looking like toddlers that just woke up from a nap! It's kind of crazy and heartening.

I’m all caught up with Severance S2. Unpopular opinion: I hope it gets better, because I felt these 2 new episodes were just recaps of what we didn’t see in the S1 finale. Just sayin.

The more Noir films I watch, the less fire this one becomes to me.
Don't forget to tune in at 8pE on TCM for THE MALTESE FALCON (1941). We'll chat about the film and generally have a good time...just watch out for the gunsel. (Available on both BSKY and Twitter.)

Ok. So I had to watch The Goodbye Girl for a movie club I was in because we were going down the Best Actor winning performances category. And let me say, this one still holds up! Dreyfuss(who won that year) was good, but Marsha Mason was perfection!
