Publishing unpublished legal decisions - what should I consider before doing so?

I.e. a case isn’t available via @nationalarchives.gov.uk.web.brid.gy or @bailii.bsky.social

But a trusted source passes me a copy. What could go wrong if I make it publicly available via my org website?
