Not my neurologist but my doctor - I've been on it a while now but my dose increased recently. I'm not sure if it was the cause of my sleep problems since its still happening when I'm back to my old dose :( lexapro has been great for me in general though!

'don't take it later than 7 hours before you want to wake up' gave me such hope

insomnia update: my doctor prescribed me dayvigo 5mg and i was optimistic... but it doesn't seem to help. Makes me sleepy, sure, but I still wake up every couple of hours all night long 😭
