Yet another Ed Davey media interview where the interviewer asks "why are you so invisible!" despite the media itself giving almost no attention to the party. Perhaps I was naive, but I really did think that winning the largest number of Liberal seats in a century would have changed that.

Pope Leo XIV delivered the homily during mass at the Sistine Chapel today after being elected the 267th pope of the Catholic Church.

He had two women reading scripture at the service.

Too many of my Bath constituents are caught out by unclear signage and unfair fines by private parking companies.

What's more, the shift to app-based payment systems can make parking inaccessible for elderly and vulnerable residents.

That's why I'm calling for stronger private parking regulations👇

Hugely misleading headline in the Daily Mail. This only applies to Indian workers who are seconded to the UK from a company based in India on a short term basis. India nationals applying for jobs based in the UK will not benefit from this convention and it does not disadvantage UK workers

Immigration is not the problem it’s now widely believed to be.
Brexit is much more of a problem than it’s reported to be.
So how can govt achieve growth, fix public svcs and deal with the cost of living if fear of Reform means it won’t be honest with us about these 2 elephants in the room?
It can’t.

Well! Mark Carney upsets Trump and wins the Canadian GE. This is a victory for the free world. The world needs normal and not another batshit leader at the helm of their country🇨🇦

Leaders and Governments need to start fortifying their democracies to protect the people from hostile foreign influences

Conservative leader Pierre Poilievre even lost his seat in Carleton.

Trump‘s colossal ineptitude has saved the progressive movement in Canada & is close to reuniting the economies ties between the UK & Europe.

There is a pathetic and demeaning willingness in the UK and Europe to hang on Trump’s every word, and fantasise that somehow he will save Ukraine and the rest of us.
