Ich probier so ne App aus, die One Sec heißt, die einem helfen soll weniger am Handy zu sein and it works very well! Es ist jetzt nicht so das sich meine Bildschirmzeit drastisch reduziert hat (Ich bin immer so bei 2:30-3:30h am Tag am Handy, Pc usw. zähl ich nicht mit, cause i work with this lol)
