These are blood pressure meds in my opinion. As you saw from Allon Friedman's talk at OW, a lot of their effects occur prior to or separably from weight loss (this includes CV outcomes). Maybe some decreased aldo, but there is some kind of central nervous system related effect, I feel sure.
