I got home from an eventful night and day in the city to find THE CAT MISSING. She is an indoor baby but had snuck out — the dog found her hiding under the deck and told us where she was, but it took a solid hour of lying on the ground in the rain and waving churus to lure her 😭 stressing me OUT

Montgomery Farm Orchards farmstand (and Fix Bros farm) also has these “Seckel Pears” I’d never seen before — mini pears, just a couple bites each, so sweet!

🚨 New Apple Alert! 🚨 Well, the “Pitmaston Pineapple” is an English heirloom apple from the 1800s, but it is new to ME!
I rate it a respectable 8. It’s a great size, perfect little snack. Crisp and sweet. I didn’t really taste the “notes of pineapple” per se — to me, it tasted like PEAR LEMONADE!

This sign was up by security at the airport — which, a) frankly disturbing, and b) if you are seeing this sign, you already HAVE A ticket somewhere, so quite impractical, location-wise, and c) also poor design / practically illegible. F- on this — a bad message, badly messaged.

I’m trying to curb my absurd spending habits, so I can’t buy things just because I see them and like them — there has to be BOTH a use for them AND a place to put them.
I already have a hundred mugs. I don’t even USE mugs. So I certainly don’t have a use for these or a place to put them. And yet….
