I was recently led to remember leading a workshop at a recent professional conference called Improvisation for Decolonization. I had no idea when I proposed the workshop that October 7 would happen before I would offer it, meaning that when it was time to lead, I was unsure what I was walking into.

As times get tighter financially, group therapy is an excellent--and misunderstood--option for many. Evidence shows it is often as effective as individual psychotherapy, and has the benefit of costing less to participants while covering therapist labor.

Should I Stay, Commit, or Go?

Women are frightened of being judged for leaving their marriage, they worry about the financial impact, and are apprehensive about being single. When there are children to consider, the story that divorce harms children deeply concerns them.
