Everything else comes as a byproduct of consistent effort over an extended period of time.

Same applies to your eating habits. Small, incremental, and consistent changes are all you need to start.

That's why I will always recommend that you start by focusing on physical strength, physical skill and what your body can do.

Because physical strength is empowering, and everything else you do from that place of feeling empowered is going to stick better.
