Lunges are without a doubt an excellent lower body muscle builder, they are also great for functionality, flexibility and mobility. They’re pretty versatile too, you can do them anywhere. Of course, in order to progress you will need to load the exercise by adding weight.

Lifting weights isn't actually complicated.

The real issue is that women have been conditioned against it. So now, stepping into the weights room feels unnatural for many women.

Battle ropes are excellent for burning calories, building muscular endurance, and improving cardiovascular fitness. Not to mention a great way to thrash out any built up internal anger! They are suitable for all fitness levels and can be adapted as required.
