The toxicity in the fitness industry needs to be studied.

You don't need to be 100% perfect 100% of the time. The only thing you need to concern yourself with is showing up as frequently as you can and doing what you can to improve on yourself from the day/week before.

Full body workouts are a great place to start, and also absolutely fine if you're training 3 times per week. But rotating muscle groups between workouts is ideal for fast tracking results and recovery without skipping a workout completely.
