If you feel like boycotting Zuckerberg but cannot completely exit his ecosystem, some incremental things you can do:
1. Install FB Purity
2. Stop posting, commenting and reacting
3. Download your personal data
4. Move from WhatsApp to Signal
5. Stop running events and groups in FB
