Festival programming is SO HARD. It’s devastating to have such limitations on presentation. I wish we had unlimited capacity to show everything we love. We have to give up a lot. It hurts. Luckily we will have more year-round screenings to try to make up for it.

Died laughing today because my nieces and nephews schooled my (estranged) sister’s white Christian husband about DEI over FB. He obviously thinks it gives jobs to unqualified ppl so they educate him and he doesn’t even respond, he deletes his comment and BLOCKS MY WHOLE FAMILY 😂 sofffftttt

I have a personal trainer I see once a week at the gym and after our workout we just stood there unleashing our frustration and angst about the world and what our part is in the resistance for 20 mins. It was unexpected but therapeutic for both of us.
