Didn't quite get my #procjam idea done in time (I know it's a soft time limit but wanted to upload it) but it's still a nice functional map generator in it's current state. https://lim-ak.itch.io/arctic-generator

Finished playing the Rose and Violet story mod for Persona 5 Royal that has you play as Kasumi taking over the Joker role. It is as ambitious and messy as that undertaking sounds. Has a ton of rough edges but what an absolutely charming thing.

Finally got around to installing LineageOS on a phone. Still pretty far outside normal person install process, but I'm happy that I'm now on something able to get updates on again. Less happy that my new phone is a step down from what I was using, but it is what it is.

Made a game for #gmtkjam

Loop Runner. Run around the loop and last as long as you can, but be sure to avoid running into your past self.

Started playing #Expedition33 and really liking the atmosphere and world. But I don't think I can remember ever reacting so poorly to a game's mechanics. Put it to story, turned off the qte's in the first 2 hours. Truly hated the combat system from the jump.

Wasn't expecting to hit credits on #BluePrince yesterday, just went on a hell of a run that had me solving a bunch of big puzzles on my list but plenty more left for me to go find. No screenshots for bsky as I can't spoiler them.

Week 1 being on Linux Mint as the main on my mini PC. Not a great experience! To be fair I'm judging it by the standard of could I recommend this to a normal person. But playing music takes a couple seconds to come on because the audio subsystem has gone to sleep is a ridiculous problem to search.

Finally getting around to installing Linux Mint. I'll never really be free of Microsoft's bullshit but maybe I can get some of my life away from them.

New Post - Muse: Before You Tweet

Hello! Microsoft's new Muse system isn't trying to generate game ideas.

If you want a concise summary of what the paper tries to do, and a few notes and criticisms about the project, I wrote something about it.

And my actual game of the year #1000xRESIST . Just a wonderful sci-fi story that hits really hard as someone who grew up in Hong Kong a long time ago now. It's not just about HK but it's politics is ever present throughout it just means so much to see here. Memory is such a big part of game, it

I recently found out that it's possible to get an almost 5L box of gelato delivered to my flat. I'm a paragon of self restraint. Either that of my freezer's full at the moment, who could say.

Finally deleted my twitter account proper, spent a few hours just trying to nuke just the posts but was still left with a few dozen that I couldn't get to and a handful of likes so just shutdown the account instead. Haven't used it in years and it's worth just getting rid of for real.

Hit credits on #satisfactory . It's well good. Probably should've laid out my factory better, instead I just built a continually increasing and complicated sprawl.

Had a chance to play the Alien board game over the weekend, that is a neat little game. Feels like it's not really balanced for 5 people (first time around we were almost half way to losing after the first round) but it's a cool little survival game otherwise

Clearly I didn't setup alerts on my NAS correctly, getting an email saying a drive has failed is pretty scary. Of course it would've been maybe useful and less scary if that wasn't like a half hour after I had pulled and replaced a drive.

Managed to finish E1 in Salvation's Edge! The look alone of the new raid is extrodinary, but I think this is as far as we go during contest. #Destiny2
