1. End enforcement of rules to promote equity in education
2. End research that highlights inequities in education
3. Limit social mobility (creating a precarious workforce to fill jobs they're pushing immigrants out of)
4. Promote disinformation (creating a ready audience for their propaganda)

It's easy to take institutions for granted when they've been around longer than we have, and when they've become so thoroughly embedded in the fabric of our lives. But look back to their early days, and it becomes clear that their present form wasn't inevitable and won't inevitably remain.
