actually I love it (because the swifties hate it). it's totally unflattering in a much more interesting way than usual.

families are all so different. my roommate's dad is visiting, they have a super civilized and healthy relationship that I could only dream of, but he got in around 5 + has already gone back to his hotel for the night. if this was my dad one of us would cry and then we'd watch multiple Austin Powers.

after a few bureaucratic hurdles i was accepted!!
i am going back to school to finish my degree :) but the transfer application feels so extra like i am 27 and trying to wrap something up does it really matter if i did mock trial in high school. are you not gonna let me into the city college.

this will be obnoxious but we have an monitoring tool at work that tracks our time spent in a specific window and i feel like it it's unfair to me because I'm SO good at my job and efficient and productive that i can complete a "day's" worth of work within a few hours

i made a rule with myself that as long as i was staying at my job and not taking any action to get myself out, i could no longer complain. but i AM taking action to get myself out now so the gag is off!
this is so petty but whenever i write something for work my manager will make a bunch of changes to say... the exact same thing except in a more convoluted way? and it really annoys me like why are you even asking me to write this in the first place if you clearly already have something in mind
