LOL, Schumer betrayed the Dems six months ago, and the 8 that just did it again are all Schumer's closest buddies.Schumer has just failed miserably as Dem leader, again, he needs to resign. It will come out that Schumer negotiated this "deal" and was prepared to vote for it if they needed his vote.

if you genuinely think Schumer and Democratic leadership opposed this & Republicans coincidentally got exactly the number of votes they needed to avoid a filibuster and none of those votes are from Democratic Senators who are up for reelection in the midterms next year, I have a bridge to sell you.

So he is the leader of the democrats of the senate right? If this is passing, he ok’d it OR he had no control anymore. Which is it and when is he resigning?
