Adding a very basic file manager to my task manager... because, I hate pinning directories to an ever-growing task list... and having 100 directories pinned.

The idea of a built-in, basic file manager is that it will remember what working / in-game directory was open for each project.

No hunting.

I've added a clean sticky note board to my task manager... because... why not? And yes, you will also be able to put sticky notes on the main board.... because organization needs a little bit of chaos.

Some may be wondering "What the hell are these check boxes for?"

They are, specifically, for 3D models... quick ways to tell if you have something created (C), UV mapped (uv), textured (tx), or rigged (rg).

Useful for props, where you have a LOT... and need an "at glance" view of where you are.

Yes, while my task manager is mainly dedicated for gamedev and gamedev art tasks... it absolutely does have Code, Text, and Design related things in the task drop downs.

While its full of 'junk' projects and tasks for testing... my offline Task Manager now supports priority colors, "oh shit my deadline is coming" progress bars... and 'over all' project progress based on task status.

I'll be posting it up as a freebie tool when its done.

More working out the UI layout for my Gamedev Art/Task Manager... because I really don't like the modern incarnations and card systems everything uses. You can't easily consolidate things into "at a glance" task lists... and you have to hunt for things through individual cards.

Taking the two days to do mesh, rig, and animation upgrades were worth it. I think I hit the low fidelity level I want to hit.

While I'm building my game, I also working on an 'offline' art asset tracker. If there's one thing I hate about Trello and Codecks and all these "card systems"-- none of them give you a good sense of "where you are" with art assets at a glance.

Here's an early layout/design for the prototype.

Still feel a bit rusty with 3D animation, it has been awhile, but I'm not unhappy with this for the lower level of fidelity the game is going to be.

I had to drop this project a long time ago because I got sick... but after spending two weeks in the hospital last December with necrotic pancreatitis trying to kill me... and then having surgery earlier this year to fix it... I'm picking it back up. Let's fuckin' gooooooooo!
