why i didn't realize i was gonna be traveling around the 10th anniversary of my dad dying idk. my anxiety always skyrockets around the anniversary and boy it has been Bad and i get to get on a plane and go to fuckin freezin temps without my ESA who helps with panic attacks so that's excellent

husband is temporarily remote b/c he's got back issues that make driving 40mins into the office impossible for him, so he's on an accommodation until his dr clears him. but when he is cleared (hopefully in May, he's already improving) he'll have to go back to the office 2 days/week
