Being social. Especially if the person is basically yappin or talking in circles, doesn’t help that I’m ADHD lol.

The only thing that’s actually hard for me on this list is avoiding sugar.
In 2025, I challenge you to try this:
- No porn
- No alcohol
- 3-6 eggs/day
- 3 litres of water
- 7-8hours of sleep
- Cut all distractions
- 10,000+ steps/day
- Go to the gym 3 - 5 times/week.
- Avoid sugar.
- Pray.
