Missouri no longer has a Senate. It now just has a subsidiary of the House.
I hope O’Laughlin as the first woman Pro Tem will be remembered as the one who wrecked the Senate as an institution, and she certainly should be prepared for absolutely nothing being accomplished next year. Way to go Cindy
