This is a Texas DPS trooper. They are the cops that showed up 300 strong to Uvalde elementary with bulletproof shields and body armor and assault weapons. They were too scared of one teenager to breach a school room to stop him from murdering children. Cowards. This behavior is systemic among them.

Until Bush v Gore, I always respect SCOTUS decisions even when I disagreed with them because I could see the legal principles and consistent logic behind them.
