This is a great idea! Caregivers are under recognized - they help the system so much and help protect the safety of those that are vulnerable living with dementia. Wish we did this in Canada and especially at LTC Homes.
Carers UK has launched awards to recognise and celebrate unpaid carers. 

Nominations opened on Tuesday 29 April 2025 and close on Friday 27 June 2025. The awards ceremony is on Thursday 16 October 2025.

In the CRHCP-3 cluster-randomized trial, blood pressure reduction lowered the risk of all-cause dementia by 15% in 33,995 individuals with hypertension.
