I've signed up but am wondering: do all the calls need to be made during that two-hour period? And can people who can't attend at that time make calls later?

There is no joy so big as the joy that folks with long covid and ME/CFS, and the allies who are truly and deeply in this with us, will feel when we find proper treatments for these illnesses. When we find ways of preventing these illnesses.
That joy will be bigger than the Sun.
