I am here to guide you to live a life that you love.
I see people in their 20s and 30s who think their life is over. Meanwhile I’m telling my parents in their 60s and 70s that there’s still time to pick up a new hobby or better themselves.

There’s no such thing as too late. The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is today.

This is your daily reminder that the only way to fail is to give up.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried 100 times with no results. Don’t stop now. You never know if the 101st time is what will bring the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

Life is too short to spend it being miserable.

If the actions you take today will make your life harder tomorrow, it’s time to rethink your decision-making process.

Falling down is inevitable. Getting back up is mandatory.

The last thing to go through your mind at night should be three wins from the day.

We don’t take enough time to celebrate our accomplishments, especially the small ones.

We just beat ourselves up because we aren’t where we want to be. Yet.

Happiness will never come from something external. You can spend your whole life chasing money, possessions, a buzz, a high, a thrill, an attractive person, whatever you want.

What are you telling yourself about your situation?

Your ability to make the right decisions and take the right actions is dependent on your state.

If you’re telling yourself things are hopeless, what kind of state does that put you in?

Don’t let a few rejections stop you.

Life is a numbers game.

Sometimes the stars align and you find the perfect job, partner, client, etc. on the first try. But in the vast majority of cases, you don’t.

Like anything, your aim shouldn’t be a result. Your aim should be consistency.

Trust me, I get it. The urge to spend your whole paycheck on more STUFF. Or entertainment. Trying to fill that sense of emptiness you’re feeling deep down.

But it’s not going to make your life better.

So what will?

We don’t have an unlimited amount of time. A lot of us seem to forget that, or at least live like we’ve forgotten it.

We think that there’s no rush on establishing an exercise routine or taking up that hobby we’ve always wanted to try.

How do you move past the mistakes you’ve made?

We have all done things we aren’t proud of. I know I have. It’s part of being human.

What if the key to achieving more lies in letting go?

You don’t have to do everything yourself.

Being independent is a good skill to have, for sure. It’s better than being dependent on others. It’s a freedom that many don’t have. BUT…

Have you ever achieved a goal and found that you still felt empty? Maybe even worse than you felt before?

Your goals aren’t really what you want. A bigger number in your bank account, a smaller number on the scale, a different job title. These things aren’t inherently rewarding.

Don’t trip yourself running downhill.

When things are easy, let them be easy. There will be more mountains to climb. There are more challenges ahead. Don’t create drama, it’ll come on its own.
