I am here to guide you to live a life that you love.
I see people in their 20s and 30s who think their life is over. Meanwhile I’m telling my parents in their 60s and 70s that there’s still time to pick up a new hobby or better themselves.

There’s no such thing as too late. The best time to plant a tree is 20 years ago. The second best time is today.

This is your daily reminder that the only way to fail is to give up.

It doesn’t matter if you’ve tried 100 times with no results. Don’t stop now. You never know if the 101st time is what will bring the breakthrough you’ve been waiting for.

Life is too short to spend it being miserable.

If the actions you take today will make your life harder tomorrow, it’s time to rethink your decision-making process.

“I can’t do this anymore.”

Five of the most powerful words in the English language.

A breakthrough doesn’t happen until the pain of staying the same outweighs the pain of change.

Falling down is inevitable. Getting back up is mandatory.

We will face obstacles and setbacks. There’s no way around it. We will be challenged. We will feel overwhelmed, scared, and like a failure. Sometimes all at once. We will fall short of our expectations. That’s part of life.

The last thing to go through your mind at night should be three wins from the day.

We don’t take enough time to celebrate our accomplishments, especially the small ones.

We just beat ourselves up because we aren’t where we want to be. Yet.

Happiness will never come from something external. You can spend your whole life chasing money, possessions, a buzz, a high, a thrill, an attractive person, whatever you want.

Your life was already decided.

Every day, you make choices. What you’ll eat. How you’ll spend your time. What you’ll read, listen to, or watch. What you’ll focus your attention on.

And every one of those choices is shaping you into the person you’ll be tomorrow. Or next week. Or next year.

What are you telling yourself about your situation?

Your ability to make the right decisions and take the right actions is dependent on your state.

If you’re telling yourself things are hopeless, what kind of state does that put you in?

Not everything that happens in your life is your fault. So how do you deal with things that are out of your control?

Don’t let a few rejections stop you.

Life is a numbers game.

Sometimes the stars align and you find the perfect job, partner, client, etc. on the first try. But in the vast majority of cases, you don’t.

Like anything, your aim shouldn’t be a result. Your aim should be consistency.

Trust me, I get it. The urge to spend your whole paycheck on more STUFF. Or entertainment. Trying to fill that sense of emptiness you’re feeling deep down.

But it’s not going to make your life better.

So what will?

We don’t have an unlimited amount of time. A lot of us seem to forget that, or at least live like we’ve forgotten it.

We think that there’s no rush on establishing an exercise routine or taking up that hobby we’ve always wanted to try.

Everything around you is a reflection of the choices you’ve made. If you want a different life, make different choices.

How do you move past the mistakes you’ve made?

We have all done things we aren’t proud of. I know I have. It’s part of being human.

What if the key to achieving more lies in letting go?

You don’t have to do everything yourself.

Being independent is a good skill to have, for sure. It’s better than being dependent on others. It’s a freedom that many don’t have. BUT…

Have you ever achieved a goal and found that you still felt empty? Maybe even worse than you felt before?

Your goals aren’t really what you want. A bigger number in your bank account, a smaller number on the scale, a different job title. These things aren’t inherently rewarding.

Sometimes you’ll get off track, and that’s okay. The secret is learning how to bounce back.

Don’t trip yourself running downhill.

When things are easy, let them be easy. There will be more mountains to climb. There are more challenges ahead. Don’t create drama, it’ll come on its own.

Don’t beat yourself up. Don’t convince yourself that you’re moving backwards. You can’t control where you’re at right now, but you can make sure that you move the needle today at least a little.

It’s okay to not be at your best every day. Consistency is key in all things, but it doesn’t mean you have to do everything today that you did on your best day.

If your best today is only a fraction of what you did yesterday, then do that. Consistency is about showing up every day however you can.

Get in touch with the parts of yourself that know your victory is inevitable, that won’t take no for an answer, and that don’t take shit so seriously. Life is a game. Play it with an open mind, find joy in every move you make, and learn from your results. That’s how you start winning.
February 4, 2025 at 9:34 PM
If you’re feeling stuck, beating yourself up won’t help you. Pushing yourself harder won’t help you. If it was a matter of just thinking yourself out of it, we’d all be successful. You have to start by changing your state. Enter a state of energy and determination, and no obstacle can stop you.

Don’t underestimate the power of momentum.

If you’re struggling to build a new habit, start smaller. Commit to two minutes a day. If you miss a day, don’t miss two.

Keep it up, and your consistency will build momentum. Before you know it, you have a new habit!
