Something I don’t share often on my personal social media is my historical costuming. A love that was born from watching period films with my mom growing up and playing with American Girl dolls. The costumes in GDT’s #Frankenstein had me completely speechless. This article gives beautiful context.

"There are many negatives, so perhaps it is best to focus on the positives up top. First of all, the music is fantastic. An early “Fenian” riot in Dublin is soundtracked by Kneecap’s Get Your Brits Out, a pairing so on the nose I could feel my nostrils climb up into my skull"

Today in AI Is Not A Good Source For Learning About The World's Most Misunderstood Body Part, meet this ChatGPT gem.

Funnily enough, we're actually going to talk about how most of this is kinda sorta right (for small values of right), as a cautionary tale about generative AI.

Today I met with 20 great resident doctors at University of Chicago, Northwestern and University of Illinois hospitals. Very distressing.

These young doctors have formed unions because of 80 hour work weeks, inadequate pay and stressful working conditions.

They deserve better.

An interesting excerpt in an article from 'The Cut.' As women we are expected to give so much of ourselves for pittance in return. The idea that we are expected to raise our partners but that only the next person down the line will reap the rewards of our efforts.

Yet again I am thinking about how frustrating it is that media outlets still refer to RFK, Jr. as a vaccine "skeptic" when he is quite literally trying to destroy mass vaccination in the United States.
