So how is everybody today?

The part of your brain that creates is different from the part of your brain that interprets and edits, so when you edit while you write, you knock yourself out of your groove.

Write fearlessly then edit judiciously later, preferably with a break in between to gain perspective on the work.

So how are all you ex-Xs doing? Bearing up well? Rocking in a corner?

Very satisfying Frightfest - especially when I decided to go see a Swedish film (UK title: “In The Name Of God”)

Most enjoyable - but I also found a friend I hadn’t seen in years was in it and had come for the Q&A so got to have a pint with them and catch up!
