it’s absurd that NYT forced him to delete these skeets, which … convey the factual information that Zohran Mamdani is, in fact, a man of South Asian descent who was born and raised in Africa, and that the pseudonymous source of the hacked material is a white supremacist eugenicist.

A temporary $50 billion rural health fund would make a difference, but it doesn't come close to compensating for the Medicaid and ACA cuts in the Republican budget bill, and doesn't help the millions who will lose insurance altogether.

it isn’t and they know it which is why 1) they are rushing to do 4+ years worth of harm before the midterms, fully expecting to lose Congress but just hoping the damage is irreversible by then; 2) they are doing mostly small-scale symbolic horrors to intimidate the public, due to limited capacity
we are still under the six month mark for a couple weeks and it is incredibly difficult to see how this is sustainable for 3.5 more years
