On Friday night I decided to cycle to Macclesfield & then from Stoke to Birmingham using the canals
It was fun but hard going

A friend of mine told me how good it was to quit Twitter,
Yet if all the good people with reasonable arguments & a modicum of intelligence leave it just becomes a place full of ignorance with noone to correct them or argue back

Drivers don't make it easy or safe for other road users and when they park they usually squeeze limited pedestrian space to a minimum
Enforce the driving laws & there would be a reduction in those who could drive!

The one change that worked: I loathed all forms of exercise – until I moved to a big city and walked miles
I’d tried running, pilates, swimming and barre, and hated the lot. Then I moved to London and, having no money, I had to start walking to places. Shockingly, I enjoyed it
