As we learned post-covid, these prices aren't going back down for the consumer. The companies will just make a greater profit.

As we learned post-covid, these prices aren't going back down for the consumer. The companies will just make a greater profit.
I saw that post about Heinz ketchup and too many people are far too online. When someone says "Heinz Ketchup is good" they are not asking for:
- a moral quandary about the Heinz family
- a recipe for your homemade ketchup
- it's sugar content
It's ok not to respond to a post with your opinion.

I saw that post about Heinz ketchup and too many people are far too online. When someone says "Heinz Ketchup is good" they are not asking for:

It's important to understand that no part of their belief is rooted in any form of the bible. It's built around the interpretation they have been told and want to believe. The hypocrisy is the point because it's not rooted in faith but in ego. You can never be wrong if you are making all the rules.

I can understand why people dislike a Metroid game that is not the one they've created in their head after decades of building it up based on the previous Prime games. I have no clue if this new game is good or bad though because it has not been released yet though and I will reserve judgement.

We are at the point in the NFL season where it's pretty clear what teams do well, what they do poorly and what the real odds of them making a run are.
And then? You have the Eagles. A team that is statistically...fine. But also like getting nails hammered into your nail beds.

This is not remotely representative of the actual industry. There's a million reasons for this but also: they did this survey in July. Even in those 4 months another large chunk of the industry has been laid off.
