Remember that every single “efficiency” gain, fired worker, and so called tariff here for one thing and one thing only.

I don’t think “marketing tweeter” (the good and the bad) has found its place now that Twitter is gone.
It seems most have simply moved to LinkedIn (which isn’t the same), while some here, like me, are struggling to stay on topic with everything going on.

It means they flagged that something wasn’t working, sent it to a customer response system, and activated the response.
Pretty neat, and the kind of service that makes sense in 2025.
