I unironically love this comment from someone on Reddit who lasered in on the thinly veiled Warhammer reference in the first few panels, and ignored the rest of the comic. For what it's worth, I agree.

The new comic will feature the same character at five different ages. It was slow going having to come up with so many designs (one for each page), but it was a fun challenge ... that I'm glad is over with.

Had a go at seeing what AI chan would look like with screentone.
It's really fascinating to see how software (CSP) tries to replicate this very analog process. I quite like the look even though there's no practical reason to do a webcomic this way.
