It's an internet meme I genuinely think you have to be Sooooooo deep into internet tery to get that it shames me. I am a child of the internet and I had to learn it via Know Your Meme and I still don't wholly get why it's a thing.

Lotta people these days support UBI, a progressive notion, who are absolutely not progressives. Elon Musk having that one notion in the right-ish direction doesn't make him even arguably progressive.

Sounds like a headache but it does look like it didn't delete the actual emails, just the feature that sorts them? Am I correct?

They know that even if employees start looking yesterday for a way to get the fuck outta there, they'll have them around for months if not years before that happens. The employees could try and push back collectively (you don't need a union to do so, it just helps) but chances are slim.

There's a huge difference, one is much more pardonable than the other. I just find them on the same line; the dose makes the poison.

I'm just coming at this from the angle of being someone who told my best friend, "I will love you forever AS LONG AS YOU NEVER CALL ME 'NORA' AGAIN" and having a child who had a meltdown when her brother just threatened to use her deadname.
