I think that would be a Weihnachtswürstchenbaum as we never use “Fleisch” for Sausages.
Funnily enough if you buy a Weihnachtswürstchen from a Weihnachtswürstchenbaum and put it on your Weihnachtsbaum you’ll have Weihnachtsbaumwürstchen.
