Usually I find Jazz-with-an-orchestra-records to be almost unlistenable. This record from 1958 is a welcome exception (‘91, Japanese reissue). Beautifully laidback and only almost kitschy.* Perfect for days which are both dark and rainy.

I picked up the new Ghosted III record yesterday and it rules!
Sometimes I buy records by artists I like without listening to them beforehand. Occasionally it backfires but in this case it clearly didn‘t.

I would habe liked to share some pictures earlier but I just didn’t get to it.
On the first day we drove 1000km to Denmark. We stopped driving after sunset and woke up in fog which cleared up later.
