My squat PB has been 141kg for ages and happened by accident just after lockdown ended. Never thought I'd top it. And the today...130x3 moved easily. Got 142.5 for 1 and then... 150kgs?! Fuck yes 💪😁🙌

A bit shaky with 42.5kg but fairly smooth. Might have had more reps if I had jumped straight to this rather than doing the 40kg dumbbells first! 😅

Been trying to do as much single leg stuff as I can. Using the smith to do split squats is so much better than dumbbells as I can actually balance! Slowly working up the weight too given various injuries..and I don't hate how my legs look here too for once 😅

Not done dumbbell shoulder press for a long time. Worked up from 12.5kg to 40kg! Kept reps low but didn't have much choice anyway with the 40s. Trying to get them into position and not slide around on the bench was tricky too..😅 #flexfriday

Need to try this with heavier dumbbells. I did try it with a make shift dumbbell (60 or 70kgs I think...) from a hammer curl bar way back when but it was awkward positioning and I injured myself. Still shifted it though... 😅
